Carely is a social caregiving application that brings families, friends, and care teams together around the care of a loved one. On the Carely Family app, families can build a circle of everyone involved around a person's care to coordinate caregiving responsibilities. Carely facilitates coordination from tracking a loves one's activities and appointments, to connecting with care teams in real time.

As the Head of Design for Carely, I led the creation of the Family App designed to coordinate family, friends, and care teams around the care of a loved one. My role involved a deep dive into the needs of family caregivers, as well as the day to day work flow of care teams at long-term care facilities including nursing homes, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living facilities. I was responsible for the entire design direction and user experience, from conceptualizing information architecture to delivering the final user interface.
