For the My Support project, I led the design and user experience, aiming to empower caregivers and improve care recipient well-being. This involved understanding precise caregiver needs through detailed persona profiles, which guided the creation of tailored product solutions. I developed innovative product bundling strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and provide a comprehensive caregiving solution. A key aspect was designing a simple, scalable access point to engage caregivers through partner networks. My role also included translating the business development strategy into the overall design direction and user experience.
