As the lead designer for the Caregiving.com Community Project, I spearheaded the creation of a virtual platform designed to foster increased engagement and connection among family caregivers. My role involved a deep dive into the business development strategy to ensure the platform served as a key value-add for Caregiving.com's strategic partners. I was responsible for the entire design direction and user experience, from conceptualizing information architecture for diverse communities (topics, resources, groups) to delivering the final user interface, ultimately enhancing the caregiving experience.
